VW Campervan full Valet

The client wanted to sell their much-loved VW campervan and asked me to give it a full deep clean — every nook and cranny inside and out.
The result? A spotless finish that made the camper look like new, and the very first viewer bought it on the spot!
A great result and one very happy customer.

5th Wheel Water Tank

This client had city water plumbed into their 5th wheel while on site, but a stuck valve caused the on-board tank to fill.
When they returned home, they discovered the tank had dropped out of its brackets — thankfully, the axle had caught it before it fell completely.
We safely lifted the tank back into position, reinforced the brackets, and fitted additional support straps to prevent it from happening again.
A solid fix and one very relieved customer!
2 hours to complete.

Seal and Valve replacement

The onboard toilet had a worn rubber seal in the bowl that had started to deteriorate. Also the foot pedal leaked every time it was pressed.
We replaced both the rubber seal and the faulty pedal valve, fixing the water leak and restoring full function.
A simple repair that makes a big difference to comfort and reliability on the road.
1.5 hours to complete.

Super King 6ft bed

This client was used to a super-large, comfy bed at home. Although their 5th wheel came with a king-size bed, they wanted even more space to stretch out.
We removed the side cabinet and built a custom bed extension that fits seamlessly with the existing frame. The new section can be raised for easy access to storage underneath, keeping everything practical while adding that all-important extra sleeping room.
Comfort, space, and smart use of storage — all in one upgrade!
4 hours to complete

5th Wheel Roof lights

Both the bedroom and main living area roof vents had become brittle and discoloured over time due to the sun and British weather. The original vents were almost blackout-dark, leaving the interior feeling gloomy.
The client wanted more natural light, so we fitted new tinted roof vents to brighten up the space while still keeping UV protection.
We also added a Velcro blackout cover in the bedroom so it can be easily closed at night.
A simple upgrade that’s made the 5th wheel feel lighter, brighter, and far more comfortable.
3 hours to complete.

Slide-Out Trim Repair

The plastic “L”-shaped cover on this 5th wheel had caught on a screw and become deformed, causing it to snag every time the slide-out was opened or closed.
We removed the damaged trim, fitted a new plastic “L” cover, re-sealed the side panel, and tested the mechanism thoroughly.
Bingo — everything now operates smoothly and watertight once again!
1 Hour to complete

Diesel Heater – 8kW

The client requested an external installation of an 8kW diesel heater, rather than mounting it inside the belly locker. They wanted the flexibility to use the heater in multiple locations, including their shed, so we fitted a quick-release hose system to allow easy detachment and relocation.
This setup provides an efficient and reliable way to maintain a comfortable ambient temperature inside their RV.
4 hours (including work carried out at the secondary location)
